In the feedback they criticised only my ‘physical presentation’. About 6m later this guy had to leave, after numerous ‘misconduct’ complaints from female members of staff. Turns out he had a history of this, but no-one was allowed to mention it on his references- he just came across as an amazing high-flyer! Yea, there are mistakes in interviews, but also the biggest mistake ever is interviewers playing favorites and hiring people they know in the Company exclusively most of the time...It's who you know in the Company that screws the hard workers that are willing to learn the Job, but they don't get hired...that is a pretty scary truth if you think about it. That's probably why we're going to see the next Great Depression pretty soon, and it's getting close. Well?
