1. Prepare enough information about the company

Before going to the company to have the interview, you’d better search some information about the company on the website or on the newpaper. For instance, you need to be well aware of the job responsibilities and task description of your position so that it is easy for you to talk about the general condition of the work, make reasonable and sound evaluation about the job and provide your personal opinions about the position. If you were the interviewer, would not the interviewee’s behavior make a deep and good impression on you?

2. Leave a good impression on the interviewers

Time for an interview is limited. It may only last several minutes, however, it is necessary for you to leave a good first impression on the interviewers within these few minutes. You need to dress appropriately for the occasion, which does not mean you must wear very formal dresses.

You cannot be late for the interview. You’d better arrive at the interview location 10 minutes before the expected time. According to this, interviewers will regard you that you do pay full attention to the interview, which will undoubtedly to add you more points for the position.

Try to be a gentle listener while being questioned by the interviewers. Everybody wants to be respected by others, so do the interviewers. No matter what they ask or how long the question is, you should be patient to listen to the question so that you can give an appropriate answer to all the questions. Focus on each question asked by the interviewers.

Remember to say thank you to the interviewers. Although it is not necessary to say thanks at the end of each question, it is crucial to say thank you to them at the end of the interview.

3. Be confident about yourselves while facing the interviewers

You should give appropriate self-introductions to the interviewers. It is not the right time to exaggerate yourselves or to humble yourselves, instead, you should be objective to judge yourselves to the interviewers and you can even give some examples to prove what you said.

Interviewing candidates for employment can be a formal and time-consuming process. However, if you follow the proper steps, you’ll be able to easily weed out people that are unqualified or not right for the position due to time commitment, experience, and knowledge. You will be able to narrow down your prospects to only those candidates that can most benefit your company with their employment.

The Basics

The first step in the interviewing process is narrowing down your pool of candidates. Review their applications and/or resumes to discover who meets the basic requirements specific to each position you are offering. These requirements may be based on presentation, certifications, experience and education.

Once you have selected the most likely applicants based on their resumes/applications, you should invite each one to meet with you for a one-on-one interview. Interviews should be held in a quiet, removed area, away from customers, other employees or the front desk, and preferably at a time when business is light.

Preparing for the interview

· Create a list of questions to ask in advance. Review and rehearse them before the actual interview.

· Ask questions and find out as much information as you can about the candidate regarding their work ability and how they will specifically benefit your company’s staff.

· Ask yourself: What is it that I need to know about this person? Create list of questions that you think will lead to these answers.

· Carefully check the questions to see if the wording is too vague or could be considered offensive.

· It’s a good idea to group important questions at the front of the list, that way if time runs short you will have the most important information already covered. You might even want to group questions into three sections: High Priority, Medium Priority, and Low Priority.

First Impressions

Once a candidate arrives for an interview, ask yourself the following questions:

· Did this person arrive on time?

· Is this person dressed appropriately?

· (If your company is image-oriented) Would I feel good knowing that this person is representing my company?

The Actual Interview

· Questions should be open-ended. Refrain from asking questions that will lead to a yes/no answer. Asking open-ended questions will get the candidate talking. A general rule is that the interviewer should speak 30% and the candidate should be speaking 70% of the time.

· Questions should be as neutral as possible. Avoid wording that might influence answers, i.e., evocative, judgmental wording. Attempt to remain as neutral as possible. That is, don’t show strong emotional reactions to their responses.

· Ask questions one at a time to avoid making the candidate feel like they are “caught in the cross-fire.”

· Questions should be worded clearly.

· Be careful asking “why” questions. These questions may cause respondents to feel defensive, i.e., that they have to justify their response, which may inhibit their responses to this and future questions.

· Encourage responses with positive body language, occasional nods of the head, steady eye contact and short verbal affirmations.

· Take notes, but be careful about your appearance when note-taking. If you jump to take a note, it may appear as if you’re surprised or very pleased about an answer, which may influence answers to future questions. Notes should be made on a blank sheet of paper, not on the actual application or resume.

· Don’t lose control of the interview. This can occur when respondents stray to another topic, take so long to answer a question that times begins to run out, or even begin asking interviewer questions (these should be saved until the end of the interview).

· Each employer will have a unique interviewing style, and it is up to you to choose a format and questions that work for your own personality. If you are comfortable with the interview, this will relax the candidate and you will be more likely to elicit natural, honest answers from them.

Some Sample Questions

· What do you feel you can bring to this company?

· What are your personal goals?

· Tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service.

· Why do you want to work for this company?

· Why did you leave (or why are you leaving) your previous job?

· Tell me about a time you successfully handled a customer’s complaint.

· When were you most satisfied in your job?

· What can you do for us that other candidates can’t (or won’t)?

· What do you feel are your strengths in relation to this position? Your weaknesses?

· What are three positive things your last boss would say about you?

· How would you deal with a customer with a high-strung personality?

If you get nervous and tongue tied at interviews, the following article could help you prepare for your next interview.Congratulations! You’ve got that all-important interview! It’s understandable that you’ll be nervous, but don’t worry – the tips below will help you out.

Face-to-face interview

These can take place with one or many interviewers present. Make sure that you find out in advance how many people will be in the room. Sometimes you won’t always be told in advance.

Before the interview


Research into the company. It’ll look good if you ask them questions as well as answering them.

Take a copy of your CV with you.

Find out if you’re expected to take any tests.

Plan your responses

Make a list of questions to ask about the role. Make sure that you know exactly where you are going, what time to arrive and who you are going to see. Check out roads and train routes in advance to allow yourself plenty of time.

Dress-up appropriately.

Plan ahead. Prepare thoroughly! Make sure that you have all the relevant information with you – including your CV and pen and paper.

Find a room where you are not likely to be interrupted.

Have a glass of water handy in case your mouth dries up!

Switch off your mobile phone if you’re taking the call on a landline. You don’t want your mobile ringing half-way through the interview.


Leave preparation to the last minute.

Panic if you get lost – keep calm, and call the company to let them know.

At the interview


Arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Maintain a good posture – body language is everything!

Maintain eye contact when speaking. Answer questions clearly – speaking too quickly can be seen as a sign of nervousness.

Ask questions about the company; this shows that you’ve done your homework.

Ask questions about the role – see the ‘Sample Interview Questions and Answers’ section.

If you have to take a test, don’t rush it. Take your time.


Arrive late without an explanation.

Avoid eye contact.

Speak negatively about your current/previous employer.

Forget to thank the interviewer for their time.

After the interview

If you were sent by an agency, actively seek feedback from them. If the feedback is negative, you can use this to improve for your next interview. If you applied for the job independently, the interviewer will probably have given you a time-frame in which to expect a decision. If you don’t hear anything back, make a point of calling to ask for their feedback.

Telephone Interview

Some companies may wish to have a telephone interview before they meet you in person. You will be told in advance the nature of the interview (technical, general chat etc).

During the interview


Listen to and answer each question carefully.

Make notes and tape-record if you wish.

Give short and precise answers.

Ask the interviewer any questions you may have.

Give a strong finish to strengthen your chances of a face-to-face interview.


Interrupt the interviewer.

Pause for too long.

Make any loud noises.

Try and do anything else while talking!

The second interview

If your first interview was successful then you may be called back for a second one. The people present in the second interview will vary depending on who interviewed you first time around. It could be a manager higher up the chain, or it could be someone from HR. Whoever it is, you’ll need to be prepared to answer tougher questions.

Remember that a second interview is not necessarily a definite indication that you have secured the job – it’s another chance to impress.

From the minute you walk into that interview room, the interviewer is observing and judging you. If you have made some kind of faux pas as soon as you enter the interview room, no matter what you say during the actual interview process, the deal is sealed. The right impression has to be made and there is no alternative.

Be careful while introducing yourself during the interview process. Your self-introduction can make or break your chances during the interview. You may have the best qualifications, and you may be the best-suited candidate for the job – but if you did not introduce yourself to the panel appropriately, you lose vital points and it may very well cost you the job.

You may think that this is not necessary, because the interviewer already has your resume with your name and other relevant details on it. But all they have is some points on paper regarding your experience and skills. What they really want to know is whether you will fit into the structure of the organization, whether you are a team player and whether you are going to help the organization to the best of your ability.

What they are looking for during the self-introduction is an insight into your personality and the kind of person you are.

Here are some strategies you can use to effectively introduce yourself.

-Unique – Make your introduction unique. The interviewer is probably used to hearing the same old “Hi, I am Dan and I am here for the interview.” If you really want to grab the attention of the interviewer, be unique and different in your self-introduction. This does not mean that you need jump into a song and dance routine, but it does mean that you be different and show them your creative side.

-Relevant – This means that your self-introduction needs to have a professional tone to it. The interviewer is not interested in hearing something as irrelevant, like the fact that you were born on the same day as some famous leader and thus naturally have leadership qualities. Introduce yourself in a way that will highlight your skills and strengths, and tone down your weaknesses.

-Bond – Introduce yourself and create a bond with the interviewer. This does not mean that you have to kiss and hug them. It just means that you find something in common with the panel and strike up a conversation. This will reflect that you have the ability to make anyone feel at ease with you and around you and this will earn you brownie points.

-Arousing – Arouse curiosity during the self-introduction process. Make statements that will arouse the curiosity of the interviewer and will make them ask questions. This will help them know you better and make a difference in your interview process.

The interview process is a very important phase of your career search. Due to the current layoff trend and projections of a recessed economy, both recent graduates and seasoned professionals are competing for the most menial of entry-level positions. Possessing sharp interview skills is necessary if you want to maintain an advantage in today’s highly competitive job market.

Proper preparation is key. When accepting an invitation to interview, make sure you obtain as much information from the appointment setter as possible. Learn the name and title of the interviewer and/or the department head, the full title of the position being recruited for and the department in which the position will be held. If you did not retain a copy of the job announcement or if the advertisement was too vague, try to secure a complete job description as well. Visit the office prior to your interview, identify yourself as a potential candidate to the receptionist and let him/her know that you just wanted to make sure of the exact location of the company so he/she won’t be alarmed by your impromptu arrival. You can also request company literature and a job description if you had not previously obtained one. Usually, the receptionist will be willing to oblige. You can then use the information you have gathered to learn more about the company and what your expected role will be. Browse through the company website and locate your interviewer’s (or the department head’s) bio if there is one available. Take special notice of the company’s mission and think of a statement that would allow you to speak sincerely of how your own values align with the company’s objectives.

Don’t just leave it at company-specific research. Check out similar positions and other companies that operate in the same industry. Read the business section of local newspapers and trade magazines paying close attention to the status of public holdings. Look at current developments in the industry and the projected outlook of the field. Talk with people you know who hold comparable positions. Perform a salary comparison so you will know what type of compensation to expect and be in a better position for negotiation when the topic is broached. The information you obtain will prove valuable in letting the interviewer know you are truly interested in the position and will give you more ammunition during the inevitable small talk that occurs at the beginning and end of an interview.

Give yourself a mock interview. Think of answers to some of the most commonly asked interview questions such as “tell me about yourself?,” “what are your strengths…weaknesses?” and “where do you see yourself in five years?” Make sure your responses are positive. Turn negative experiences and weaknesses into strengths. For example, “I am very focused which is both a strength and a weakness because it prevents me from moving on to another task until I have completed the one I am currently working on” or “I am a really good listener which often allows for people to take advantage of my time with unnecessary chatter.” Jot down three to five facts from your research that can be developed into a great answer to the popular question, “why do you want to work for this company?” Also, create a list of questions to ask the interviewer. This is just as much an interview for the company as it is for you.

Knowledge is just half the battle. You must also look the part. The popular advice is to dress business professional. While this is not bad advice, it is not always practical to follow it. During your fact-gathering visit to the company, you should have also taken a good look at how the employees were dressed and keep in mind what is the industry standard. You don’t want to show up for an interview in four-inch heeled pumps to discover that you have to walk across a slippery factory floor nor should you be in jeans and sneakers to sit down with the Chief Financial Officer of a major marketing firm. The rule of thumb is never wear less than a pair of slacks and loafers and always be well-groomed with minimal jewelry (you can pull out a few piercings for a day) and without excessive makeup. Times are changing fast but old traditions still hold true to form. Unless it is an acceptable practice to the company at which you seek to be hired, cover up tattoos and save another day to try out that new green and purple hair dye.

This really should go without saying but be on time. You should arrive approximately ten to fifteen minutes early for your interview. You don’t want to be too early as this tends to just confuse your interviewer and you don’t want to be late at all. Tardiness is not an attribute you want to give your potential employer as a first impression. Now this may come as a shock to you but your interviewer should not be late either. Remember, you are there to interview the company just as the company is interviewing you so your time must also be respected. An appropriate wait time for an interview is no more than thirty minutes. Most employers allow ten to fifteen minutes for your arrival and an additional fifteen minutes for any paperwork you might need to complete. Anything in excess of an half hour is an abuse of your time and grounds for you to reconsider your candidacy at the company.

During the interview, be energetic and upbeat. Be articulate and self-aware. Use good attentive body language and refrain from chewing gum, cracking knuckles, twiddling thumbs and any other annoying habits. Turn off cell phones or pagers. Wear an authentic smile and maintain good eye contact. Ask the interviewer if you may take notes and actually do so, marking off any of your prepared questions that get answered. Take your time so you don’t rush responses. This will be especially helpful if you are asked a difficult or unpredicted question like “if you were a fruit, what type of fruit would you be and why?” Many interviewers like to throw these types of questions at you to see how you might handle stress or the unexpected. Taking your time will allow your senses to get over the initial shock so you can think of a creative response to the question. Ask the remaining questions from your prepared list. Stay away from salary and benefits talk. Most interviewers will bring it up themselves but if they don’t, make sure it is not among your first questions. End the interview with a firm handshake and request a business card. Make sure you ask how soon it will be before you can expect a response.

Follow up the interview with a thank you card or letter. In the letter, you should tie in any information you may have left out during the interview that might enhance your qualifications and recap significant points of discussion to demonstrate that you were listening. It helps to throw in a personal tidbit using any small talk that may have been offered up by the interviewer. For instance, the interviewer may have mentioned that his wife is expecting. You could say something like, “Congratulations on joining the ranks of fatherhood.” The interviewer will be flattered by the sentiment and more apt to remember your name.

Interviews can be difficult but with the proper preparation, you can set yourself ahead of the competition. Be as sincere, courteous and professional as possible. Remember, skills and qualifications are only a fraction of the screening process. Most companies hire based on who it was they liked the most rather than who was the most qualified.

People love to learn about other people, and interviews are an effective way to accomplish that learning. Successful interviewing is not simple, but there are basic steps you can take to make sure your interviews are successful and that you come up with interesting, useful information about those you interview. Here are five such basic steps, whether you are doing an in-person interview or a remote interview by telephone or email:
1. Prepare as Much as You Can in Advance. This should be obvious, but often it isn’t. You should go into the interview knowing as much as you can about the person you are interviewing. Especially, you should know what their likes and dislikes are, what may especially anger or irritate them, and what your audience most wants to know about them. You use this information as a tool to shape the content and flow of the interview. Depending on the type of interview and the preparation time you have, of course, your advanced preparation may be limited. Do the best you can.
2. Establish Rapport With Your Subject. Try, if possible, to meet with your subject prior to the actual interview and show them you are friendly and that you are genuinely interested in them. Part of this step involves putting your subject at ease about the physical layout and surroundings of the interview, i.e., where you will sit or stand, where they will sit or stand. If you are planning to tape or videotape the interview, try to make your subject familiar and at ease with the technology you are using.
3. Control the Flow of the Interview. You are the one doing the interview and you need to move through it using the questions and very brief comments you have prepared ahead of time. Don’t let the subject feel they are going to control the interview with a personal agenda when you have objectives you need to accomplish. (Look again at Step 1.) At the same time, be alert for unforeseen or unplanned information that may come up during the interview. Don’t miss out on something good because it may be unexpected. Be in control, but be prepared to “go with the flow” if the flow looks good. Your goal is to part with the subject knowing you got what you needed, and to appreciate any bonus that come along.
4. Part on the Friendliest Possible Terms. Make an effort to be courteous and express appreciation for the interview. This will leave the door open for any follow-ups, as well as create good networking opportunities for additional interviews with people your subject might know. Never kill a potential future lead with a bad attitude or ingratitude. Always try to end the interview on good terms.
5. Get All the Spelling Right. Yes, you read that correctly. It is amazing the number of common words and “obvious” names that can be misspelled when you write up the interview. If your subject is well known, this might not be much of an issue. But even well known people have lesser known friends and family members. Don’t let spelling those names trip you up. How do you get the names spelled correctly? You ask, of course. Even “famous” people appreciate the professionalism and concern you show by asking to get the spellings correct. Don’t let inattention to spelling details ruin your good work.

Focus on doing well the elements of a job search process that you can control, because there are many things a job candidate cannot control. The candidate has no control over whom, how and when interviews are conducted, what questions will be asked, or obviously, control over who gets the job. But there are a number of other things that a candidate does have control over from your Professional resumes to your job interview You should never lose a job offer because of something that was within your purview to make happen. Examples include:

• Be early for interviews. Anything short of a natural disaster sounds like merely an excuse for being late – and there are no excuses. Think through travel and traffic requirements and take necessary action to mitigate potential issues.
• Learn name of interviewer. Smile, look them in the eye, and be sure to greet everyone you meet with a firm handshake. Think in terms of conveying engaging and confident.

• Use proper English. Avoid slang, speak clearly, and focus on connecting and communicating.
• Be cooperative and enthusiastic. Go with the flow, do not pick arguments, and remember to smile appropriately and often.
• Show interest with body language. Use eye contact, sit-up straight, have good posture and display body language that is open and engaging.
• Ask questions about position and organization. Avoid questions whose answers are easily found on company Web site or published in the annual report.
• Avoid asking about pay in initial interview. Compensation and rewards are very important, but it is generally better to defer asking about compensation until latter stages of the interview process. Unless brought up by the employer, asking pay questions too early can appear to be self-centered on part of candidate.
• Thank the interviewer. Say thanks when you leave, remember the firm handshake, send a short thank you note.

Be assertive: Always be assertive during an interview. Maintain your assertiveness even if you don’t know about something which interviewer has asked you; because no one can expect you to know everything he/she asks, but if you feel shy or hesitant while saying no everyone will notice that.

Use positive body language: If your body language is negative you will convey a message through your non verbal communication that may be altogether different from what you are saying. So be careful about your body language. Use gestures like open palm, arms and open legs.

Be fully interested in what you are saying: Understand this very carefully if you don’t have any interest in what you are saying, no body will be ever  interested to listen what you are saying; so be 100% interested in what you are saying and you will become a magnate.

Prepare well: Before appearing for interview you should have good knowledge of your resume, organization and technical skills. Make proper research about the company before appearing for interview. Always keep yourself updated on technical aspect, because in today’s era knowledge is backbone of any successful business.

The HR Director of a large finance institution recently explained to me how the company was losing people in alarming numbers. The average length of employee service had reduced to less than two years.

When she was asked what the cost of such a high rate of turnover was to the business, she shook her head. She explained that the hidden cost was very high; much higher than the senior executives ever realised.

Survey after survey has highlighted the challenge of finding and retaining good people and yet so few managers are really skilled in the ‘art’ of interviewing.

It’s true that most people understand the difference between an open and a closed question, but for many that’s where it stops and so the wrong candidates get hired for the wrong job and go on to underperform and often leave within a short while, prompting the need to go through the process one more time.

So, how can we ensure that we successfully hire the right people? The answer is to be able to answer ‘yes’ to the 3 key questions of successful interviewing:

1. Can this person do the job? 2. Will this person do the job? 3. Will this person fit into the way that the team/organisation works together?

The first question is aimed at the candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience. How close do they match the requirements of the role they have applied for? As a manager I recruited many people into the various teams I worked in.

I would argue that every single candidate I hired were capable of doing the job. I checked their certificates, whether a school certification or a diploma from their college or university. I asked them to explain or demonstrate their level of skill or competence in the relevant area.

I checked on their degree of experience performing the role I was looking to fill. In addition to this, I asked all the usual bland questions about their career goals and aspirations. I thought that I had ticked every box known to man, but still I have to admit that I made many mistakes in my recruitment decisions.

I hired people who could do the job, but who after being hired – or immediately after their probationary period had ended successfully to be more precise – did not do the job. It taught me a huge lesson: can do and will do are very different things.

This is why it is crucial to address the second question of the candidate’s willingness, not just their ability – to perform the role once they have been offered the position.

To do this, the interviewer needs to probe into the candidate’s attitude and motivation by asking behavioural and situational questions, questions that probe deeper and that draw out their behavioural patterns.

The first 2 questions are questions of eligibility. If their qualifications, skills, experience and motivation make them eligible to do the job the third question addresses their suitability.

I have lost count of the number of people I have hired who were eligible to do the job but who sadly, and often expensively, unsuitable. They did not fit into the culture of the team or organisation.

Again, to answer this question the interviewer must probe to find out about the person’s character and style to assess whether there is a cultural fit.

My personal best in this area was a young woman that I hired who lasted two days before walking out because she clearly did not fit into the team. The rest of the team were also pleased as she had managed to upset most of them in her all too long brief stay.

In summary, successful recruitment requires the interviewer to go beyond the usual “where do you see yourself in x years?” type of question and to ensure they can answer yes to the 3 key questions of successful interviewing.

The hard truth is that job interviewers can usually tell if you are an ideal candidate for the job within the first few seconds of meeting you. You have to put your best foot forward and present yourself in the best light you can. That means your personal appearance, outfit, facial expressions and body language. You want to be confident, not cocky, give a firm handshake, make eye contact, and show your enthusiasm for the opportunity.

Even if the position or job is casual, dress for success and wear a nice suit, and whatever you do, lay low on the heavy cologne, perfume and makeup. White socks are a bad idea, and a wrinkled shirt or an unshaved face will not be seen as being appropriate. If you want to have a really quick interview, eat garlic bread before you get there, and walk in chewing gum. Either one will make an impression, and not a good one.

Connect with your job interviewer

Interviewers tend to like candidates they feel comfortable with, and that they think will fit in with the company culture. You want to build rapport with your interviewer. While you have to be yourself, making an effort to connect with your interviewer will go a long way to winning them to being positive about you as a candidate. Whatever you do, turn off your cell phone.

Have your answers ready

You will be asked about your background, school, previous position, and any gaps in your resume. Having thought about answers before you get into the interview is definitely a must. You will likely be asked about your compensation history, and interviewers do not like it when candidates say “I’m not ready to discuss that at this time”. That could be the end of it for that candidate. Interviewers are paid to get details like compensation, and it puts them in a bad light when that information is refused.

Always bring extra copies of your resume. They may have you meet additional people, which is a good thing, and having the extra copies will definitely come in handy and show that you think ahead and are prepared.

After the interview

You want to leave behind a lasting impression with your interviewer. Thank the interviewer for the opportunity to interview for the position, reaffirm your interest, and shake their hand before you leave.

A thank you note should always be written after an interview. If it is down to two candidates, and the other candidate writes a nice thank you note, and you do not, who do you think continued to make a good impression? In a brief, concise way, you should restate your interest and enthusiasm for the position, thank the person for their time and consideration and state why now more than ever you especially think you are a very good fit for the company. Make sure you check for typos.

                                               When you know that you are called for an interview so think as if your test has already started. Make a research about that organization where you have been called for an interview. Meet your friends and see if they have some better advice for you or they can share their experience to you. You should be well prepared before going for an interview and for that you have to complete your homework first. Check out that what are the requirements for that post you have applied for and what could be the salary range so that you can make up your mind well before time. An intelligent soldier is not the one who has got all the weapons but it’s the one who knows how and when to use those weapons.






Your Magnetic Personality Counts:


                                                             Personality counts a lot, no matter what kind of field you choose to opt in. It’s the personality, which works as a magnet and attracts other people towards you before you even speak up. So pay attention towards your personality and spend some time in front of the mirror before leaving your home. It’s your interview day MAN!!! You should look fresh and feel fresh as well on the day of your interview. Take your full sleep last night and take a bath in the morning, shave well, apply some gel on your hair. Be conscious about your dressing. I always preferred to wear a suit with a matching tie. If you are wearing a plain shirt then a plain and stripped tie can look decent. But if you have decided to wear a stripped shirt then only plain tie suits you on that. Wear the clothes you love the most but for God sake don’t wear T-Shirt and Jeans~ just joking….                                  Always try to reach the required place well before time. I used to be there 20-30 minutes before the given time. And my friends this really gives a positive impact and shows that how punctual you are. When you are there well before time then you would feel yourself a lot fresher as compare to the rest of the candidates waiting on the floor.




Just Relax Man:

                                  Hey, I know what you must be feeling at this time when you have entered the office premises where you have been called for an interview. But don’t worry my dear, I have faced a lot of occasions like these before and I am now a rock solid in this profession. Feel relaxed, take some deep breaths but no one should notice you doing this, ok? Right, you are looking smart, looking fresh, and look around man you are the gradually becoming the center of attraction by other candidates. Wait for your call and sit in a relaxed way in front of the interviewer. Both you should sit like a lazy person nor like a tense individual, just sit relaxed and you would feel yourself that you are relaxed.





Keep An Eye Contact:


                                                    Always keep this in your mind that wherever you go, whatever you do, your body language counts a lot. Yes!! It counts a lot!! So while giving your interview, keep an eye contact with your interviewer as this shows your confidence and it also boosts your communication skills. I have seen many people who looks here and there while giving there interview and this shows a very negative sign to the person taking the interview. That person who does not makes an eye contact with the interviewer, they often do not have confidence inside them and even they do not have that courage to face the person who is taking the interview.






Attitude Takes You Even Higher:


                                                     While giving your interview right from the start till it is finished, you have to be careful about applying your linguistic skills. If your interviewer is talking to you in an unprofessional way then it does not mean you should do the same as well. You have to show your attitude on every stage of your career. Sometimes the management checks the candidate’s level of attitude by becoming a bit unprofessional or rude but it’s their duty to evaluate you so no hard feelings!!

                                                     Now I will go to tell you about my experience. Obviously I would do that because its your right to know about all these facts and figures about how and when typo questions. A person like me, and experience of giving more than a 100 interviews in different multinational companies would have a very clear picture of this quiz, and of course I know how to become successful in it.              In 95% cases this question is the very first to be asked by the employer. So you have to be very confident and calm while answering to this question.
